Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Purpose of the Site
This website provides web-based scoring and interpretation tools to aid clinicians in clinical neuropsychology practice, including calculators for test scoring, visualisation, and performance validity checking. These tools are intended to support qualified health professionals and researchers in their work and are not for public or patient use.
2. Professional Use Only
- You must be a registered health professional, clinical researcher, or neuropsychology trainee with appropriate training and qualifications to utilise this site.
- You confirm you will use the tools only for professional purposes.
- You acknowledge that these tools are aids to interpretation only.
3. Limitations and Disclaimers
- Tools are based on published formulas, research data and norms where available.
- While we make every effort to ensure our tools are accurate, we make no guarantee that outputs are error-free or suitable for use in all contexts.
- You are responsible for checking the accuracy of any outputs before using them in clinical, legal or research contexts.
- All tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- You are responsible for applying clinical/academic judgment to their use and in interpreting any outputs.
4. Privacy and Data Handling
- No personal health data is stored on, or transmitted by, our site.
- All input remains in your browser and is not retained by the server.
- Secure login is handled via Firebase Authentication- we retain only your registration information.
- Manual approval is required for tool access.
- Approval is on an individual basis, therefore you must not share your login details with others
- You are responsible for the security of your login and agree to indemnify the site and its owners against its misuse.
5. Intellectual Property
- All code and content are © Neuropsychology Toolkit unless stated otherwise.
- Do not reproduce, redistribute, or host copies of the tools without permission.
- Tools may reference copyrighted test materials — use only in accordance with test publisher guidelines.
6. Access Approval and Termination
Access to some tools requires prior approval. We reserve the right to revoke access at our discretion, including in cases of misuse.
7. Feedback and Citation
Given these tools may be used by others, to inform clinical, legal and research opinions, it is your professional responsibility to inform us if these tools are inaccurate or misleading.

If these tools assist your clinical work or research, please consider citing or acknowledging the site.
8. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the site means you accept the most current version.
